For over 10 years I have worked as a  Chief Stewardess, Purser and Event Coordinator applying my skills in Hospitality Management, Interior Maintenance, Guest Management, Food and Beverage Training, Inventory Administration, Staff Training, Budget Management and Interior Refit Projects, while managing Complex Hospitality, Services, Logistics, Inventory and Financial Operations aboard private/charter luxury yachts (40m-88m) cruising through the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean, European Coast, and Eastern Seaboard.

Today, Valde Recruitment offers discerning clients proficient, professional and discreet recruitment services of the highest standard for shore-based positions in Villas, Lodges and Private Homes as well as Luxury Yachts.
